Samuel A. Lemmon

Sam is a 2004 graduate of GVSU with a BA in History and minor in Geography. He earned a Michigan Teaching Certificate in 2005, through GVSU, and has since taught in both Florida and Michigan. During his eight year instructional career (which includes positions in elementary school, middle school/junior high school, high school, alternative school, and virtual school) Sam has also earned an MA in Educational Leadership, from GVSU in 2011, and will complete the university's Ed.S. program this summer. Throughout these scholarly pursuits, he has also served on several school improvement teams, district curriculum committees, technology initiative groups as well as continuing his membership in Phi Alpha Theta (the National History Honor Society).
