Symposium Structure:

1. Pre-Webinar: March 4-March 18, 2013
Presentations in video format will be available on the website under each researcher profiles page, to be viewed by audience who can comment and ask questions using the Disqus forums.

2. Webinar: March 19-20-21, 2013
The Webinar will be held on March 19, 20, & 21, with four researchers being selected to present during a 45 minute period on each of the days. The time schedule for presentations will be 5:00 – 5:45 p.m., 6:00 – 6:45 p.m., 7:00 – 7:45 p.m. and 8:00-8:45 p.m.  March 20th will include only three presentations in three sessions. The presenters are expected to present an abstract of their research project, address questions and comments from the pre-webinar feedback, and conduct a conversation about their research.

On the day of the event, a link will be published on this page for guest viewers to participate in the discussion. Participants will be asked to create a guest nickname for identification during the discussion, with no additional information required. If you choose to attend the live event and have been participating in the pre-webinar, please use the name associated with your comments to maintain a consistent identity.

3. Post-Webinar: March 21st...
The post-Webinar is designed to be a resource for individuals in the field where they can access the video presentations and an audio recording of the live discussions during the Webinar.
